advance was founded in 1997 by Joel Adelman. Formerly the president of a high-growth consumer products company, Joel has a unique understanding of the entrepreneurial mind-set. Joel founded advance with the simple goal of providing capital and services to help staffing entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
