Adam Stern, Chief Operating Officer
Adam has responsibility for advance's client service, risk management and other operational functions. Adam joined advance in 2002, bringing more than nine years of experience in human resource outsourcing and receivables finance.
His career began in New York City, where he worked in investment banking for Credit Suisse First Boston. Among other transactions, he worked on many receivables financings, including public and private securitizations.
His next five years were spent with Cooperative Resources Services, Inc., an outsourced business firm, as Vice President of Corporate Development, where he helped to lead a growth strategy, including acquisition execution and integration, organizational development, strategic alliances and corporate finance.
Adam has a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
