After earning his BA from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA from the Harvard Business School, Adam forged his path to Advance from Cleveland-based Corporate Resource Services, a human resource outsourcing and financial services firm, and Credit Suisse First Boston, an international investment banking firm in New York.

When asked about his business philosophy, Adam says, “Excellence is my watchword; I believe in it, I strive to achieve it, and I look for it in those around me.”

Adam displays his passion for knowledge, systems, and procedures, not only in business, but also in his efforts to give back. He serves as a member of the board of The Gathering Place in Cleveland, Ohio, an organization dedicated to helping those touched by cancer.
