After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska, Janice gained over 15 years of accounting experience, including a position of Director of Finance for the Rating Division of AMS Services, a software provider to the insurance industry, and earned an MBA in Accounting from Baldwin Wallace.

She joined Advance in 2004 and, after quickly advancing to the position of Director of Full Service, now manages over twenty customer service managers and Full Service personnel. She states, “We take our commitment to service seriously and strive for excellence with each and every client interaction.”
