Joyce has over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including, banking, manufacturing, contracting, and social services. She has performed both financial and human resources functions in each of those industries. She holds certification by the Human resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Strategic Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is thrilled to be a part of the exceptional team at Advance. Her goal is to provide the tools needed to recruit, develop, and retain the best team in the industry.

Her upbeat attitude is infectious and she lives her philosophy, “Happiness is a choice, not a result. You are not required to be unhappy because you are having a bad day, and you are allowed to be happy even though you are having a bad day. It’s your choice and I strive to choose happiness each day. It’s good for business, it’s good for others, and it’s good for me.”

A believer in sharing the wealth, Joyce enjoys supporting charitable organizations that make a difference. The American Red Cross is a decided favorite organization because they are routinely effective in their assistance to others impacted by sudden, catastrophic events.
