Rob joined Advance in 2006, after 6 years as Supervisor of Payroll Billing & Support in the funding industry.

As Manager of Client Support, he is primarily responsible for assisting new clients, providing support as they become accustomed to the proprietary processes, procedures, and reporting of Advance, and draws on his extensive operational experience to effectively communicate and facilitate their transition.

An innovative professional, he constantly assesses the marketplace to develop innovative programs to help Advance clients grow and states, “I like nothing better than to come up with creative solutions to help our clients answer a specific need or overcome a challenge.”

Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and a Master’s Degree in Education from CW Post/LIU. When not at Advance, he enjoys kayaking and a good game of poker, playing in the WSOP in 2009.
